The changes to our household with the arrival of The Bun have been quite explosive, so to speak. As I type this, the end of confinement is 8 days away, a fact which actually surprises me because when I first began counting down it was something like 22 days away and the sheer misery of that number made me convert it to an hourly countdown instead, a habit I've had since I was a kid. I've created a new tag called 'the late night diaries' because that's when I spend time writing most of my blog entries these days. Having a hand free and an iPhone by my side while nursing or pumping helps keep me going at 4 in the morning. We all find ways of coping. The Bun has been home for a week today, and he's learning as much about us as we have about him. For instance :
